Ideals as Generalized Prime Ideal Factorization of Submodules

open access: yes
For a submodule $N$ of an $R$-module $M$, a unique product of prime ideals in $R$ is assigned, which is called the generalized prime ideal factorization of $N$ in $M$, and denoted as ${\mathcal{P}}_M(N)$. But for a product of prime ideals ${{{\mathfrak{p}

Square-difference factor absorbing submodules of modules over commutative rings

open access: yesAnalele Stiintifice ale Universitatii Ovidius Constanta: Seria Matematica
Let R be a commutative ring with identity and M an unitary R-module. Recently, in [5], Anderson, Badawi and Coykendalla defined a proper ideal I of R to be a square-difference factor absorbing ideal (sdf-absorbing ideal) of R if whenever a2 − b2 ∈ I for ...

Prime submodules and maximal submodules in the idealization of a module

open access: yesSelecciones Matemáticas
This paper describes certain types of prime submodules and maximal submodules that are found within the idealization of a module. As a consequence of this, it is concluded that every module over a commutative ring with identity element has an extension whose prime spectrum is nonempty.

SUBMODUL HAMPIR PRIMA ( ON ALMOST PRIME SUBMODULES )

open access: yes, 2014
In modul theory, we define prime submodules which motivated by the definition of prime ideals in a ring R (i.e assumed that R be an R-module R). Let R be a commutative ring with identity and M be an R-module.

On Weakly Prime Submodules

open access: yesIbn Al-Haitham Journal for Pure and Applied Sciences, 2017
Let R be a commutative ring with unity and let M be a left R-module. We define a proper submodule N of M to be a weakly prime if whenever  r  R,  x  M, 0  r x  N implies  x  N  or  r  (N:M).

S-Prime Right Submodules and an S-Version of Prime Avoidance

open access: yes
Let S be an m-system of a ring R, and P a submodule of a right R-module M. This paper, presents the notion of S-prime submodule and provides some properties and equivalent definitions.
