On the Dual Notion of Prime Submodules
Algebra Colloquium, 2012Let R be a commutative ring and M an R-module. In this paper, we study the dual notion of prime submodules (that is, second submodules of M) and investigate the conditions under which the number of maximal second submodules of M is finite. Furthermore, we introduce the concept of coisolated submodules of M and obtain some related characterizations.

Almost prime and weakly prime submodules
Journal of Algebra and Its Applications, 2019Let [Formula: see text] be an arbitrary ring and [Formula: see text] be a right [Formula: see text]-module. A proper submodule [Formula: see text] of [Formula: see text] is called almost prime (respectively, weakly prime) if for each submodule [Formula: see text] of [Formula: see text] and each ideal [Formula: see text] of [Formula: see text] that ...

In this work, gw-prime submodules of a module over a commutative ring with identity are defined. This class of submodules is a generalization of weakly prime submodules. After examining general properties of gw-prime submodules, their relation with valuation modules are investigated.

On \(L\)-fuzzy prime submodules
2005Summary: In this paper the concept of an \(L\)-fuzzy prime submodule of \(M\) is given, and some fundamental lemmas are proved. Also, a characterization of an \(L\)-fuzzy prime submodule is given. Finally, we show that an \(L\)-fuzzy prime submodule is inherited by an \(R\)-module epimorphism.
