Nearly 2-Absorbing Submodules And Related Concepts

open access: yesTikrit Journal of Pure Science, 2023
Throughout this note R is commutative ring with identity, and X be a left unitary R-module. A proper submodule K of an R-module X is called nearly prime, if whenever implies that either ( ) or [ ( ) ].

A short Note on prime submodules [PDF]

open access: yesAlgebraic structures and their applications, 2018
Summary: Let \(R\) be a commutative ring with identity and \(M\) be a unital \(R\)-module. A proper submodule \(N\) of \(M\) with \(N:_RM=\mathfrak p\) is said to be prime or \(\mathfrak p\)-prime \((\mathfrak p\) a prime ideal of \(R)\) if \(rx\in N\) for \(r\in R\) and \(x\in M\) implies that either \(x\in N\) or \(r\in\mathfrak p\). Electroencephalogram‐Driven Recognition of Parkinson's Disease Through a Mycelium‐Inspired Memristive Reservoir Computing Circuit

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
This work presents a bio‐inspired computing framework for Parkinson's disease analog recognition using electroencephalogram signals. Temporally encoded EEG features stimulate a mycelium‐inspired memristive reservoir, where disease‐related patterns emerge through physical spatiotemporal dynamics.

On weakly S-prime submodules

open access: yes, 2021
Let $R$ be a commutative ring with a non-zero identity, $S$ be a multiplicatively closed subset of $R$ and $M$ be a unital $R$-module. In this paper, we define a submodule $N$ of $M$ with $(N:_{R}M)\cap S=ϕ$ to be weakly $S$-prime if there exists $s\in S$ such that whenever $a\in R$ and $m\in M$ with $0\neq am\in N$, then either $sa\in(N:_{R}M)$ or $sm\

ParamNet: A Physics‐Guided Deep Learning Framework for Intelligent Self‐Inversion of Vacuum Optical Levitation Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Intelligent Systems, EarlyView.
A physics‐guided deep learning framework, ParamNet, is introduced for the intelligent self‐inversion of vacuum optical tweezers. By fuzing dual‐branch time–frequency features with physical dynamical constraints, it achieves high‐accuracy calibration of trap parameters from short‐window, low‐frequency trajectories, outperforming traditional methods ...

Zariski topology on the spectrum of fuzzy classical primary submodules

open access: yesApplied General Topology, 2022
Let R be a commutative ring with identity and M a unitary R-module. The fuzzy classical primary spectrum F cp.spec(M) is the collection of all fuzzy classical primary submodules A of M, the recent generalization of fuzzy primary ideals and fuzzy ...

On APP-Quasi prime Submodules

open access: yesJournal of Al-Qadisiyah for Computer Science and Mathematics
Let  to be a commutative ring with identity and  is a  unitary left -module. In this paper we introduce the concept of approximaitly-quasi prime submodules (for short APP-quasi prime submodule) as a generalizations of prime submodule and quasi prime ...

Predicting cervical cancer DNA methylation from genetic data using multivariate CMMP

open access: yesCanadian Journal of Statistics, EarlyView.
Abstract Epigenetic modifications link the environment to gene expression and play a crucial role in tumour development. DNA methylation, in particular, is gaining attention in cancer research, including cervical cancer, the focus of this study.

Heterozygous Med13l mice recapitulate a developmental growth delay and craniofacial anomalies seen in MED13L syndrome

open access: yesDevelopmental Dynamics, EarlyView.
Abstract Background Gene transcription is crucial for embryo and postnatal development and is regulated by the Mediator complex. Mediator is comprised of four submodules, including the kinase submodule (CKM). The CKM consists of MED13, MED12, CDK8, and CCNC.
