Monolayer PtTe2 enables dopant‐free Schottky FETs through its thickness‐dependent electronic transition. Quantum transport simulations show that crystallographic orientation strongly influences device performance, with Γ–M transport delivering higher drive current, lower leakage, and improved switching behavior.
