Giant Magnetic Coercivity Driven by Spin‐Bag Ferromagnetism in Epitaxial Sr3YCo4O10+δ Films with Engineered 2D Oxygen Vacancy Ordering

A giant magnetic coercivity and a vertical shift of hysteresis loops are demonstrated in Sr3YCo4O10+δ epitaxial films. The hard magnetic behavior originates from ferromagnetic spin bags stabilized within a long‐range ordered oxygen‐vacancy structure.

We introduce the primitivity of Fricke families, and give some examples. As its application, we first construct generators of the function field of the modular curve of level $N$ in terms of Fricke functions and Siegel functions, respectively. Furthermore, we use the special values of a certain function in a totally primitive Fricke family of level $N$

Binary‐to‐Ternary Reconfigurable Transistors Using Plasma‐Assisted MoS2

A binary‐to‐ternary reconfigurable transistor is demonstrated using a dual‐gated molybdenum disulfide homojunction with localized O2 plasma treatment. The device exhibits on/intermediate and intermediate/off current ratios of 102 and 104, respectively, and the intermediate state is electrically tunable in the ternary mode.
