Dunkl Operators as Covariant Derivatives in a Quantum Principal Bundle
A quantum principal bundle is constructed for every Coxeter group acting on a finite-dimensional Euclidean space E, and then a connection is also defined on this bundle.

The noncommutative geometry of Yang-Mills fields
We generalize to topologically non-trivial gauge configurations the description of the Einstein-Yang-Mills system in terms of a noncommutative manifold, as was done previously by Chamseddine and Connes.

Reciprocal control of viral infection and phosphoinositide dynamics
Phosphoinositides, although scarce, regulate key cellular processes, including membrane dynamics and signaling. Viruses exploit these lipids to support their entry, replication, assembly, and egress. The central role of phosphoinositides in infection highlights phosphoinositide metabolism as a promising antiviral target.

Loop Groups, Kaluza-Klein Reduction and M-Theory
We show that the data of a principal G-bundle over a principal circle bundle is equivalent to that of a \hat{LG} = U(1) |x LG bundle over the base of the circle bundle.

On principal connection like bundles [PDF]
Let \(\mathcal{PB}_m\) be the category of all principal fibred bundles with \(m\)-dimensional bases and their principal bundle homomorphisms covering embeddings. The author introduces the concepts of \((r,m)\)-system and product-preserving \((r,m)\)-system.

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

Teleparallel gravity from the principal bundle viewpoint
We examine whether the Teleparallel Equivalent of General Relativity (TEGR) can be formulated as a gauge theory in the language of connections on principal bundles.

In situ molecular organization and heterogeneity of the Legionella Dot/Icm T4SS
We present a nearly complete in situ model of the Legionella Dot/Icm type IV secretion system, revealing its central secretion channel and identifying new components. Using cryo‐electron tomography with AI‐based modeling, our work highlights the structure, variability, and mechanism of this complex nanomachine, advancing understanding of bacterial ...

An application of Lie groupoids to a rigidity problem of 2-step nilmanifolds [PDF]
We study a problem of isometric compact 2-step nilmanifolds $M/\Gamma$ using some information on their geodesic flows, where $M$ is a simply connected 2-step nilpotent Lie group with a left invariant metric and $\Gamma$ is a cocompact discrete subgroup ...
