The role of miR‐335‐5p in the redifferentiation of BRAF p.V600E thyroid cancers
The BRAF p.V600E mutation promotes thyroid cancer dedifferentiation and radioiodine resistance. Using a network approach, we identified miR‐335‐5p as a key regulator of BRAF‐mutated thyroid tumors. Restoring miR‐335‐5p increased thyroid‐specific gene expression and iodine uptake in cells and organoids.

Research on geometrical characteristics of straight bevel gears with a small shaft angle with a non-generated gear and generated pinion [PDF]
Based on the precessional bevel gears with a small shaft angle, a number of drives for oil and gas equipment have been developed. They are characterized by high efficiency (about 0.9) and a small starting torque. Due to multi-pair tooth meshing they have

Cytarabine is a key therapy for acute myeloid leukaemia (AML), but its efficacy is limited by the dNTPase SAMHD1, which hydrolyses its active metabolite. Screening nucleotide biosynthesis inhibitors revealed that IMPDH inhibitors selectively sensitise SAMHD1‐proficient AML cells to cytarabine.

Lines of Principal Curvature near Singular End Points of Surfaces in R3
In this paper are studied the nets of principal curvature lines on surfaces embedded in Euclidean $3-$space near their end points, at which the surfaces tend to infinity. This is a natural complement and extension to smooth surfaces of the work of Garcia and Sotomayor (1996), devoted to the study of principal curvature nets which are structurally ...

In the present work, we have identified a transcriptional signature based on the differential expression of six genes (BCL2&MAST4, HSH2D&LAT2, METRN&PITPNM2) that would facilitate the early detection of T‐cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T‐ALL) patients prone to a poor treatment response and could be implemented at diagnosis, along with other risk ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

Sweeping Surfaces of Polynomial Curves in Euclidean 3-space
In this study, we investigate the surfaces created by the movement of the profile curves through the regular polynomial spine curves. To overcome the restrictions of establishing a frame of the polynomial curves at the points where the second and higher ...

Information-Geometric Models in Data Analysis and Physics
Information geometry provides a data-informed geometric lens for understanding data or physical systems, treating data or physical states as points on statistical manifolds endowed with information metrics, such as the Fisher information.

Intratumour heterogeneity complicates precision management of advanced endometrial cancer. Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) offers a minimally invasive strategy to capture tumor evolution and therapeutic resistance. Here, we compare tumor‐agnostic NGS with tumor‐informed ddPCR, outlining their relative sensitivity, concordance, and clinical implications ...

A urine‐based digital PCR assay targeting two hotspot TERT promoter variants detected bladder cancer with high sensitivity and no false positives in this case–control cohort. The streamlined AbsoluteQ workflow outperformed Sanger sequencing and supports non‐invasive molecular testing for bladder cancer detection.
