Provability in Principle and Controversial Constructivistic Principles
New classical epistemic principles are formulated in the language of Shapiro's system of Epistemic Arithmetic. It is argued that some intrinsic plausibility can be attributed to these principles. Subsequently, the relations between these principles and variants of controversial constructivistic principles are investigated.

Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

The Principle of Individuation [PDF]
This is the second chapter of my book Transformation of the Self. It concerns Schleiermacher's understanding of the principle of individuation, in dialogue with Kant, Jacobi, Leibniz and ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Plasma membranes contain dynamic nanoscale domains that organize lipids and receptors. Because viruses operate at similar scales, this architecture shapes early infection steps, including attachment, receptor engagement, and entry. Using influenza A virus and HIV‐1 as examples, we highlight how receptor nanoclusters, multivalent glycan interactions ...

Localization principle and relaxation
Relaxation theorems for multiple integrals on W^{1,p}(\Omega;\RR^m), where p\in]1,\infty[, are proved under general conditions on the integrand L:\MM\to[0,\infty] which is Borel measurable and not necessarily finite.

AAA+ protein unfoldases—the Moirai of the proteome
AAA+ unfoldases are essential molecular motors that power protein degradation and disaggregation. This review integrates recent cryo‐electron microscopy (cryo‐EM) structures and single‐molecule biophysical data to reconcile competing models of substrate translocation.

Derivation of Boltzmann Principle
We present a derivation of Boltzmann principle $S_{B}=k_{B}\ln \mathcal{W}$ based on classical mechanical models of thermodynamics. The argument is based on the heat theorem and can be traced back to the second half of the nineteenth century with the ...
