Severe achondroplasia due to two de novo variants in the transmembrane domain of FGFR3 on the same allele: A case report. [PDF]
We present a case who had two de novo variants in the FGFR3 on the same allele, a common p.G380R mutation and a novel p.S378N variant. The p.S378N variant may provide an additive effect on the activating receptor with the p.G380R mutation and alter the protein function, which could be responsible for severe phenotype of the present case.

PRINOS POTPUNOJ BIBLIOGRAFIJI KVIRINA VASILJA [PDF]

Abstract Methane (CH4) emissions from peat soils are highly variable in space and time and are influenced by changes in biogeochemical controls and other environmental factors. Areas or times with disproportionally high CH4 emissions in wetlands may develop where conditions are especially conducive for microbial processes like methanogenesis. Currently,

Quantitative flood hazard assessment methods: A review
Abstract Flood hazard assessment is a fundamental step in flood risk mapping. Quantitative assessment requires hydrodynamic modelling of the flooding process in order to calculate the spatial distribution of suitable flood hazard indicators representative of flooding intensity and frequency, hence its potential to result in harm.

Industrialisation in a small grain economy during the First Globalisation: Bulgaria c. 1870–1910
Abstract In Bulgaria the share of secondary production in GDP remained constantly low between c. 1870–1910. To explain the country's exceptionally weak growth, we use endogenous and unified growth theory. Gerschenkron and Palairet blame a self‐sufficiency‐oriented peasant economy for rising labour and raw material costs in industry, which destroyed the

High‐Resolution Integrated Transport Model for Studying Surface Water–Groundwater Interaction
Abstract Transport processes that lead to exchange of mass between surface water and groundwater play a significant role for the ecological functioning of aquatic systems, for hydrological processes and for biogeochemical transformations. In this study, we present a novel integral modeling approach for flow and transport at the sediment–water interface.
