Diagnostic impact and reproducibility of p53 immunohistochemistry in Barrett's oesophagus: results of the Dutch Esophageal Pathology Panel (DEPP)

Structured p53‐IHC in Barrett's oesophagus supports diagnostic decision‐making. In 1,146 cases, agreement between referring hospitals and the expert panel was moderate‐to‐substantial (κ = 0.61), with 24.2% of p53‐based classifications revised. Interobserver agreement among expert pathologists was substantial (κ = 0.65).

Prospective subtyping of head and neck basal cell carcinoma by dermoscopy and handheld RCM

Handheld reflectance confocal microscopy, alone or with dermoscopy, increases specificity, maintains high sensitivity and improves diagnostic confidence for head and neck basal cell carcinoma. It may offer a non‐invasive alternative to confirmatory biopsies when planning micrographically controlled surgery in clinically high‐risk cases.

Influence of the Electrophotographic Printing Units Arrangement on Back-trap Mottling

This work the analysis has been performed how different arrangement of applying the liquid EP toner can influence the formation of secondary and tertiary inking. Specially developed software enabled the exchange of the printing arrangement of the process inks. Twelfth different Indigo variations were obtained which were compared with the offset prints.
