Prisoner Participation in Prison Management
Champ pénal, 2006 In January 2006 the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe adopted Recommendation (2006) 2. The Recommendation contains the revised European Prison Rules. A new Rule 50 requires that prisoners be allowed and encouraged to discuss matters relating to the general conditions of imprisonment with prison administrations.
