The model of the subject with reflexion allows us to propose a new approach to the well-known prisoner’s dilemma, reflecting one of the paradoxes inherent in the theory of rational choice (Lefebvre, 2000). Here is the essence of the paradox (see Rapoport & Chamah, 1965). Two individuals are arrested as suspects in a serious crime.
