Bio‐Inspired Stored Magnetic Energy Actuator with Transient Triggering and Programmable Logic
A bio‐inspired magnetic energy actuator achieves 1.6 m/s transient release—three orders faster than conventional systems—via direct ink writing printed NdFeB/Polydimethylsiloxane composites and environmental locks; biomimetic AND‐gate logic enables sequential cue recognition (e.g., “temperature → rainfall”).

Hypoxia triggers lactylation of PRMT1 at K134/K145, enhancing its methyltransferase activity to asymmetrically dimethylate vimentin R64. This post‐translational cascade promotes vimentin filament assembly, cytoskeletal remodeling, and tumor metastasis, with PRMT1 inhibition (MS023) reducing metastatic colonization.

SP1‐Mediated Glycolytic Reprogramming Promotes Tumorigenesis and Progression in Pancreatic Cancer
Laser capture microdissection‐based proteomics of pancreatic intraepithelial neoplasia (PanIN) identifies specificity protein 1 (SP1) as a key driver of tumorigenesis and progression in pancreatic cancer through glycolytic remodeling. SP1 enhances aerobic glycolysis by transcriptionally activating 6‐phosphofructo‐2‐kinase/fructose‐2,6‐bisphosphatase ...

A gate‐injection‐type Fe‐NAND architecture is developed by incorporating an Al2O3 middle interlayer to address key challenges in reliability and scalability. The engineered gate stack enables a wide memory window at low voltage, enhances retention beyond 10 years, suppresses disturbance and threshold voltage variability, and supports array‐level ...
