Formalism and Interpretation in Quantum Theory [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Quantum Mechanics can be viewed as a linear dynamical theory having a familiar mathematical framework but a mysterious probabilistic interpretation, or as a probabilistic theory having a familiar interpretation but a mysterious formal framework.

On probalistic normed spaces under τT,L [PDF]

open access: yes, 1990
We introduce the operation ⊛L copulative with τT,L to define PN space under τT,L and establish some basic properties of probabilistic seminorms and norms under τT,L.

A Phase‐Resolved Geometric Deep Learning Framework Maps Structural Determinants of Disease‐Associated Protein Aggregation and Guides Suppressor Design

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
SKALE 2.0 maps disease‐associated protein aggregation as a phase‐resolved structural process, linking mutation‐induced geometric perturbations to nucleation, elongation, and suppressor design. Across neurodegenerative proteins, the framework reveals cryptic aggregation vulnerabilities, separates phase‐concordant and phase‐switching mutations, and ...

On triple difference sequences of real numbers in probabilistic normed spaces

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper we define concept of triple Δ-statistical convergent sequences in probabilistic normed space and give some results. Also we introduce the notions of Δ-statistical limit point and Δ-statistical cluster point and investigate their different ...

Uncertainty‐Aware Deep Ensembles for Robust and Reliable Chemical Sensor Arrays

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A reliability‐aware electronic nose is developed using photothermally anchored metal‐catalyst decorated metal oxide nanofiber sensor arrays combined with deep ensemble learning. Diverse catalytic nanofiber channels generate gas‐specific response patterns, enabling selective identification and quantification of sulfur‐containing gases.

Terahertz Channel Modeling, Estimation and Localization in RIS‐Assisted Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Electronic Materials, EarlyView.
Reconfigurable intelligent surfaces have become a recent intensive research focus. Based on practical applications, channel strategies for RIS‐assisted terahertz wireless communication systems are categorized into three different types: channel modeling, channel estimation, and channel localization.

Assessing Household Welfare in Response to Rising Food Prices in The Gambia

open access: yesApplied Economic Perspectives and Policy, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT This study examines how rising food prices affected household welfare in The Gambia using nationally representative data from the 2015/16 Integrated Household Survey (IHS‐3). The analysis reflects household consumption behavior and market conditions prevailing during that period and provides a structural benchmark for understanding ...

Statistical convergence in strong topology of probabilistic normed spaces [PDF]

open access: yes, 2008
Following the concept of statistical convergence, we define and study statistical analog concepts of convergence and Cauchy's sequence on a probabilistic normed space that is endowed with a strong topology.

Who Is Structurally Able to Participate in the Sustainable Protein Transition and Through What Mechanisms?

open access: yesAgriFood: Journal of Agricultural Products for Food, EarlyView.
Participation in transitions toward more sustainable protein consumption is driven primarily by sustainability motivation, whereas behavioural capability determines whether intentions translate into action. Despite high awareness among Chinese consumers, gaps persist, indicating that policies must jointly address motivational and practical barriers to ...

Can outsourcing pest and disease control help reduce pesticide expenditure? Evidence from rice farmers

open access: yesAgribusiness, EarlyView.
Abstract Outsourcing pest and disease control (PDC) has grown rapidly worldwide, especially in developing countries. Although numerous studies have investigated various advantages of outsourcing PDC, little is known about its impact on pesticide expenditure.
