Two characterizations of conditional probability [PDF]
This note contains two types of functional equations characterizing the conditional probability measures as subclasses of vector measures on general Banach function spaces. One uses the theory of vector integration and the other employs a form of the Šidák identity.

On the entropy production of time series with unidirectional linearity [PDF]
There are non-Gaussian time series that admit a causal linear autoregressive moving average (ARMA) model when regressing the future on the past, but not when regressing the past on the future.

An in situ electroplating approach for MEX 3D printing is proposed, enabling copper deposition during the fabrication of conductive polymers. The method combines a printer‐integrated plating head, ML‐based g‐code control, and stop‐and‐go printing, achieving near‐bulk copper conductivity and enabling fully embedded, assembly‐free electronic components ...

Stable Imitation of Multigait and Bipedal Motions for Quadrupedal Robots Over Uneven Terrains
How are quadrupedal robots empowered to execute complex navigation tasks, including multigait and bipedal motions? Challenges in stability and real‐world adaptation persist, especially with uneven terrains and disturbances. This article presents an imitation learning framework that enhances adaptability and robustness by incorporating long short‐term ...

Counterfactuals, indicative conditionals, and negation under uncertainty: Are there cross-cultural differences? [PDF]
In this paper we study selected argument forms involving counterfactuals and indicative conditionals under uncertainty. We selected argument forms to explore whether people with an Eastern cultural background reason differently about conditionals ...

Bradley offers a quick and convincing argument that no Boolean semantic theory for conditionals can validate a very natural principle concerning the relationship between credences and conditionals.

PDAC has a poor prognosis due to chemoresistance. We revealed that MCU upregulation is associated with chemoresistance and stemness in PDAC. MCU‐mediated Ca2+ influx induced ER stress, activating the PERK‐ATF4/NRF2 axis to enhance PSAT1/SLC711 expression and glutathione synthesis, reducing ROS and maintaining stemness.

Gαi1/3 Is a Novel Regulatory Target for RANKL Signal Transduction and Osteoporosis
ABSTRACT Osteoporosis, characterized by progressive bone loss and increased fracture risk, is a growing concern as the population ages. Current treatments, though advanced, remain limited, underscoring the necessity for novel therapeutic targets. Recent studies have shown that the immune system plays a key role in osteoporosis, with osteoclasts driving

Probabilities of Conditionals [PDF]
Both conditionals and probabilities have been the subject of lively philosophical debate. Lately their interaction has been in the limelight, through the disputed thesis that Ρ(Α→Β)=P (Β/Α), the probability of the conditional is the conditional probability (of consequent on antecendent).
