Magnetic tunnel junctions (MTJs) using MgO tunnel barriers face challenges of high resistance‐area product and low tunnel magnetoresistance (TMR). To discover alternative materials, Literature Enhanced Ab initio Discovery (LEAD) is developed. The LEAD‐predicted materials are theoretically evaluated, showing that MTJs with dusting of ScN or TiN on ...

Affinity Propagation Clustering of Measurements for Multiple Extended Target Tracking
More measurements are generated by the target per observation interval, when the target is detected by a high resolution sensor, or there are more measurement sources on the target surface. Such a target is referred to as an extended target.

δ-GLMB filter based on DI in a clutter
For the problem that the performance of existing multi-target tracking algorithm's serious degrades in a dense clutter environment, a novel Doppler information assistant δ-generalised labelled multi-Bernoulli (DI-δ-GLMB) filter is proposed.
