NF90–NF45 functions as a negative regulator of methyltransferase‐like 3/14 (METTL3/14)‐mediated N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) modification on primary microRNAs (pri‐miRNAs). NF90–NF45 binds to anti‐oncogenic pri‐miRNAs and inhibits their m6A modification, thereby suppressing the biogenesis of anti‐oncogenic miRNAs.

ESTIMATION OF THE DEFAULT PROBABILITY OF COMMERCIAL BANK BORROWERS: CASE STUDY
The paper describes the essence of the risks that banks face in their activities, first of all, that of the credit risk, the level of which is determined by the size of financial losses if a borrower does not repay credit funds and interest for using ...

Shared Genetic Effects and Antagonistic Pleiotropy Between Multiple Sclerosis and Common Cancers
ABSTRACT Objective Epidemiologic studies have reported inconsistent altered cancer risk in individuals with multiple sclerosis (MS). Factors such as immune dysregulation, comorbidities, and disease‐modifying therapies may contribute to this variability.

A frequency‐tunable ferroelectric synaptic transistor based on a buried‐gate InGaZnO channel and Al2O3/HfO2 dielectric stack exhibits linear and reversible weight updates using single‐polarity pulses. By switching between ferroelectric and trap‐assisted modes depending on input frequency, the device simplifies neuromorphic circuit design and achieves ...

Validation of Corporate Probability of Default Models Considering Alternative Use Cases
In this study, we consider the construction of through-the-cycle (“TTC”) PD models designed for credit underwriting uses and point-in-time (“PIT”) PD models suitable for early warning uses, considering which validation elements should be emphasized in ...

The Conditional Probability of Mortgage Default [PDF]
This research examines the implications of contingent‐claims models for empirical research on default. We focus on the probability of default over a short horizon given the current state of the world, i.e., the conditional probability of default, which more closely resembles the estimates of empirical models.
