Biomolecular condensates formed by fused in sarcoma (FUS) are dissolved by high ATP concentrations yet persist in cells. Using a reconstituted system, we demonstrate that valosin‐containing protein (VCP), an AAA+ ATPase, counteracts ATP‐driven dissolution of FUS condensates through its D2 ATPase activity.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Bounded Regret of a Sequential Procedure for Estimation of the Mean
Let $X_1, X_2, \cdots$ be independent observations from a population with mean $\mu$ and variance $\sigma^2$, and suppose that given a sample of size $n$ one wishes to estimate $\mu$ by $\bar{X}_n$, subject to the loss function $L_n = A\sigma^{2\beta-2}(\bar{X}_n - \mu)^2 + n, A > 0, \beta > 0$. If $\sigma$ is known, then the optimal fixed sample size $

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...

Review of the new facts or new news contained in article 321 of the Chilean Civil Procedure Code
This paper aims to address the procedural figure of new facts or newly discovered events, recognized in some continental Procedure Codes. In this context, we will examine certain historical sources that influenced its modern legislative reception ...

From mice to humans—divergent strategies for intestinal homeostasis and regeneration
Recent advances such as organoid genome editing, xenotransplantation, imaging, and whole‐genome sequencing have enabled direct studies of human intestinal stem cells (ISCs). These studies reveal species‐specific features, including slower ISC proliferation, distinct injury responses, slower somatic mutation accumulation in humans, and an inverse ...

MEANS OF CRIMINAL PROCEDURAL COGNITION
The paper deals with the basic means of investigator’s cognition during investigation of a criminal offence. It was clarified that criminal procedural cognition as a process of knowledge formation on factual circumstances of the committed crime, unlike other kinds of human informative activity, occurs in the form ofproving. The relationship of notions «
