We use a generalized Brownian motion process to define the generalized Fourier-Feynman transform, the convolution product, and the first variation. We then examine the various relationships that exist among the first variation, the generalized Fourier ...

Efficient, Geometry-Based Convolution
Several computationally intensive applications in machine learning, signal processing, and computer vision call for convolution between a fixed vector and each of the incoming vectors.

Virasoro Algebra and Wreath Product Convolution
We present a group theoretic construction of the Virasoro algebra in the framework of wreath products. This can be regarded as a counterpart of a geometric construction of Lehn in the theory of Hilbert schemes of points on a surface.

This study reveals how the mitochondrial protein Slm35 is regulated in Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The authors identify stress‐responsive DNA elements and two upstream open reading frames (uORFs) in the 5′ untranslated region of SLM35. One uORF restricts translation, and its mutation increases Slm35 protein levels and mitophagy.

Conditional Fourier-Feynman Transforms with Drift on a Function Space
In this paper we derive change of scale formulas for conditional analytic Fourier-Feynman transforms and conditional convolution products of the functions which are the products of generalized cylinder functions and the functions in a Banach algebra ...

On the order of convolution consistence of the analytic functions with negative coefficients [PDF]
Making use of a modified Hadamard product, or convolution, of analytic functions with negative coefficients, combined with an integral operator, we study when a given analytic function is in a given class. Following an idea of U. Bednarz and J. Sokół, we

Combining PTEN protein assessment and transcriptomic profiling of prostate tumors, we uncovered a network enriched in senescence and extracellular matrix (ECM) programs associated with PTEN loss and conserved in a mouse model. We show that PTEN‐deficient cells trigger paracrine remodeling of the surrounding stroma and this information could help ...

We introduce the Aumann fuzzy improper integral to define the convolution product of a fuzzy mapping and a crisp function in this paper. The Laplace convolution formula is proved in this case and used to solve fuzzy integro-differential equations with ...

Deep Convolutional Sum-Product Networks
We give conditions under which convolutional neural networks (CNNs) define valid sum-product networks (SPNs). One subclass, called convolutional SPNs (CSPNs), can be implemented using tensors, but also can suffer from being too shallow. Fortunately, tensors can be augmented while maintaining valid SPNs.

Peroxidasin enables melanoma immune escape by inhibiting natural killer cell cytotoxicity
Peroxidasin (PXDN) is secreted by melanoma cells and binds the NK cell receptor NKG2D, thereby suppressing NK cell activation and cytotoxicity. PXDN depletion restores NKG2D signaling and enables effective NK cell–mediated melanoma killing. These findings identify PXDN as a previously unrecognized immune evasion factor and a potential target to improve
