Issues of Cybersecurity of The Production System

open access: yes, 2022
Cybersecurity of production systems is a very topical issue in response to the dangers associated with the very high number of cyber-attacks in Europe. The current digital transformation of the industry associated with the digitalisation of manufacturing

Hardness assurance levels and requirements for single event effects testing of integrated circuits

open access: yesБезопасность информационных технологий, 2020
The paper presents an analysis of existing approaches to estimation of single event rate (SER) in integrated circuits under effects of charged particles of space radiation environment.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Hyperosmotic stress induces PARP1‐mediated HPF1‐dependent mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Sorbitol‐induced hyperosmotic stress rapidly induces reversible mono(ADP‐ribosyl)ation (MARylation) on PARP1 without the signs of genotoxic signaling. We show that PARP1 autoMARylation is HPF1 dependent and forms hydroxylamine‐resistant O‐glycosidic linkages.

Evaluation of dynamic knee joint alignment using a one-way frontal video method

open access: yesJournal of Biomechanical Science and Engineering, 2020
In clinical practice, motion analysis can be challenging due to lack of space. Therefore, we propose a method of using one-way frontal video that can be executed easily in a small area.

An isoform of 14‐3‐3 protein regulates transbilayer lipid movement at the plasma membrane

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Loss of 14‐3‐3ζ in CHO cells confers resistance to exogenous phosphatidylserine (PS) and impairs endocytosis‐independent inward flip‐flop of fluorescent PS at the plasma membrane. RNAi‐mediated knockdown reproduces this defect, while no additive effect is seen in ATP11C‐deficient cells.

Integrated biofuel production system

open access: yes, 2008
According to an embodiment, a biomass conversion subsystem produces methane and/or alcohol and residual biomass. A pyrolysis or a gasification subsystem is used to produce thermal energy and/or process gasses.

Residual tail twisting in ascidian larvae is stabilized by asymmetric myofibrils that resist bilateral symmetry restoration

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...

PRODUCT DYNAMICAL SYSTEMS

open access: yesFar East Journal of Dynamical Systems, 2014
The equicontinuity, sensitivity, distality, chain transitivity, expansiveness, pseudo orbit tracing property (POTP) of the product dynamical system have been studied when the dynamical system  has these properties and vice versa.
