Hepatic KLF9 Deficiency Inhibits Dehydroepiandrosterone (DHEA)‐Induced Polycystic Ovary Syndrome via Liver‐Ovary Axis

Anti‐PD‐1 Nanobody‐Armored MSLN CAR‐T Therapy for Malignant Mesothelioma: Preclinical and Clinical Studies

A novel therapy using engineered immune cells (NAC‐T cells) showed promise for refractory malignant mesothelioma. Based on the encouraging preclinical data, the first‐in‐human trial is initiated, demonstrating tolerable safety and promising anti‐tumor activity (ORR 63.6%, DCR 100%, including one CR).

A Porcine Monoclonal Antibody Targeting a Conserved GP4 Epitope Protects against In Vivo Infection via the Induction of Broad‐Spectrum PRRSV Neutralization

This study developed mAb‐5F2, a monoclonal antibody targeting conserved GP4 residues (Q48/I50), which blocks the GP4‐CD163 interaction, resulting in a 78–85% reduction in viral entry.
