Průmyslové inženýrství 2022: Mezinárodní studentská vědecká konference, 2022Článek se zabývá analýzou současného stavu nejmenovaného výrobního podniku a posuzuje úroveň produktivity výroby. V rámci této práce byly navrženy některé změny a návrhy pro optimalizaci a zvýšení celkové produktivity. V další části textu jsou odhalovány možnosti pro automatizaci dílčích činností i procesů jako celku.
