A Nanomodulator Enhances Radiotherapy‐Induced In Situ Cancer Vaccine by Promoting Antigen‐Presenting of Tumor‐Associated Macrophage

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
A nanomodulator (Ft‐E64/Hf@Lipo) is developed, combining radiosensitizer hafnium (Hf) and the cysteine protease inhibitor E64, which cooperatively reinvigorated the antigen presentation of TAMs. Ft‐E64/Hf@Lipo sensitized‐RT generated abundant tumor neoantigens, and then E64/antigens, along with the apoptotic tumor cells, trafficked to TAMs via ...

Training‐Free Regulation of Grasping by Intracortical Tactile Feedback Designed via S1‐M1 Communication

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
During object grasping in macaques, information flow between the primary sensory cortex (S1) and the primary motor cortex (M1) is modulated by tactile properties of the target. Intracortical micro‐stimulation in S1 reliably evokes M1 responses that resemble those naturally generated during grasping under specific tactile conditions.

Identification of Schwann Cells in Human Intracranial Arteries: Potential Regulatory Role in Atherosclerotic Plaque Progression

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Schwann cells may facilitate intracranial plaque progression via neurovascular remodelingcting with vascular smooth muscle cells in atherosclerotic plaques, with the SPP1 ‐ ITGB1 signaling axis mediating this interaction as a novel mechanism. Abstract Intracranial atherosclerosis (ICAS), a common cause of ischemic stroke, remains a therapeutic ...
