Complex Theory and Batch Processing in Mechanical Systemic Data Extraction
This paper designs a new batching program to extract the original data, which helps to traverse the entire sample space quickly and provides a new approach for data extraction based on the motion stroke diagram. The designed program can read thousands of

Organoids in pediatric cancer research
Organoid technology has revolutionized cancer research, yet its application in pediatric oncology remains limited. Recent advances have enabled the development of pediatric tumor organoids, offering new insights into disease biology, treatment response, and interactions with the tumor microenvironment.

Human-competitive tagging using automatic keyphrase extraction [PDF]
This paper connects two research areas: automatic tagging on the web and statistical keyphrase extraction. First, we analyze the quality of tags in a collaboratively created folksonomy using traditional evaluation techniques.

Proofs and Programs: A Naïve Approach to Program Extraction
In this paper, we examine a naive but precise relation between verification proofs of iterative programs with recursions and proofs in a predicate logic. For that purpose, a logic of total correctness of programs is introduced, which is an extension of a predicate logic and a variant of Pratt's dynamic logic equipped with program variables.

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Ascidian Ciona larvae initially show strong clockwise tail twisting, which is largely corrected during development. However, a small residual twist remains. This study shows that organized helical myofibrils in tail muscles mechanically stabilize this residual asymmetry, preventing complete restoration of bilateral symmetry and revealing how embryos ...

The human gut microbiome across the life course
Despite significant individual variation and continuous change throughout life, the human gut microbiome follows some life stage‐specific trends. This article provides a brief overview of how gut microbiome composition shifts across different phases of life. Created in BioRender. Özkurt, E. (2026) https://BioRender.com/8q4nrnc.

Classical Program Extraction in the Calculus of Constructions [PDF]
We show how to extract classical programs expressed in Krivine λc-calculus from proof-terms built in a proof-irrelevant and classical version of the calculus of constructions with universes. For that, we extend Krivine's realisability model of classical second-order arithmetic to the calculus of constructions with universes using a structure of Π-set ...
