Parameter Optimization & Larger Precision for (T)FHE [PDF]
In theory, Fully Homomorphic Encryption schemes allow users to compute any operation over encrypted data. However in practice, one of the major difficulties lies into determining secure cryptographic parameters that minimize the computational cost of ...

U.S. Consumer Preferences for Cage‐Free Eggs and Hen Housing Policies
ABSTRACT Farm animal welfare (FAW) continues to be a divisive issue in the egg industry. In the United States, 10 states and most major retailers have implemented policies or voluntary pledges to transition to 100% cage‐free egg sales. We use best‐worst scaling and discrete choice experiments to evaluate U.S.

Protection Motivation Theory and Farmers' Participation in Futures Markets: Evidence From Germany
ABSTRACT This study examines why German farmers show limited adoption of commodity futures contracts despite substantial price volatility, applying Protection Motivation Theory (PMT) to understand the cognitive processes driving participation decisions in futures markets. Survey data from 303 German farmers collected in 2024 were analyzed using Partial

Towards Verifiable FHE in Practice: Proving Correct Execution of TFHE\u27s Bootstrapping using plonky2 [PDF]
In this work we demonstrate for the first time that a full FHE bootstrapping operation can be proven using a SNARK in practice. We do so by designing an arithmetic circuit for the bootstrapping operation and prove it using plonky2.

Harnessing Digital Microstructure for Simulation‐Guided Optimization of Permanent Magnets
An experimental‐to‐computational workflow is presented that transforms experimental 3D focused ion beam‐scanning electron microscopy data into a simulation‐ready digital microstructure for multiphase functional materials. Using heavy‐rare‐earth‐free Nd–Fe–B magnets as a model system, the approach quantifies grain connectivity across complex secondary ...

Further Improvements in AES Execution over TFHE [PDF]
Making the most of TFHE advanced capabilities such as programmable or circuit bootstrapping and their generalizations for manipulating data larger than the native plaintext domain of the scheme is a very active line of research.
