Positive Doping Test Linked to Crumb Rubber From Artificial Football Pitch: Case Report

1,3‐DMBA was detected in urine samples of eight athletes following a doping control, resulting in one AAF and levels below WADA's MRL in seven teammates. Investigation revealed contamination from rubber infill used on the indoor artificial turf, with analysis confirming 1,3‐DMBA in the turf's crumb rubber originating from recycled tires.

Sensitive LC‐HRMS methods were established for the detection of kisspeptin and its analogues in serum and urine, alongside their analytical and metabolic characterization. Stability studies were conducted in serum, plasma, and urine, highlighting the importance of appropriate sample handling for reliable anti‐doping analysis.

Elimination Profile of Deflazacort and Metabolites in Urine and Plasma Following Oral Administration: Relevance to Sports Drug Testing

Results confirm that the MRL of 30 ng/mL for 21‐desacetyl‐deflazacort together with a 3‐day washout period is an appropriated strategy to detect oral deflazacort administration in sport competition.
