Circulating tumor DNA monitoring and blood tumor mutational burden in patients with metastatic solid tumors treated with atezolizumab
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView. In patients treated with atezolizumab as a part of the MyPathway (NCT02091141) trial, pre‐treatment ctDNA tumor fraction at high levels was associated with poor outcomes (radiographic response, progression‐free survival, and overall survival) but better sensitivity for blood tumor mutational burden (bTMB).Charles Swanton, Russell W. , 2015 Background
Dementia has an enormous impact on the lives of individuals and families, and on health and social services, and this will increase as the population ages., , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , , Aalten, Abrams, Abrams, Adams, Adams, Alexopoulos, Alzheimer, Amador, Amador, Arksey, Ashton, Austrom, Avery, Badger, Badger, Ballard, Ballard, Bamford, Banerjee, Bardsley, Barrett, Bartlett, Baxter, Bayer, Bedard, Beecham, Bellhouse, Bentley, Bhogal, Birch, Bird, Birks, Black, Blythway, Borg, Bosanquet, Boustani, Bowman, Boyatzis, Bradley, Bravo, Brodaty, Brooks, Brown, Brown, Buckwalter, Burgio, Burns, Byford, Callahan, Campbell, Carney, Cassells, Challis, Chappell, Charmaz, Cherry, Chodosh, Chung, Clark, Clarke, Coast, Coffey, Cohen-Mansfield, Cohen-Mansfield, Colerick, Collin, Cooperrider, Cooperrider, Corden, Coren, Corner, Cox, Crabtree, Craig, Crotty, Culter, Culverwell, Cummings, Curtis, Dahlberg, Darzi, Davies, Davis, Davé, Dawson, Devanand, Dewing, Dewing, Dieckmann, Dixon-Woods, Dixon-Woods, Dixon-Woods, Dockery, Donaldson, Doody, Douglas, Downs, Downs, Drennan, Drennan, Drennan, Drennan, Drennan, Drennan, Drennan, Drennan, DuBeau, Eccles, Edwards, Engberg, Evans, Fader, Fermor, Ferri, Finkel, Finkel, Fisher, Fitzgerald, Folstein, Forbat, Forbes, Fortinsky, Fritsch, Froggatt, Froggatt, Fultz, Gauthier, Georges, Gilleard, Gitlin, Gitlin, Glasby, Glaser, Glendinning, Glendinning, Goldberg, Goodman, Goodman, Goodman, Goodman, Goodman, Goodman, Goodman, Goodman, Goodman, Grant, Greenhalgh, Grimshaw, Gélinas, Hagglund, Hartney, Hewison, Heyn, Higginson, Hinton, Hockley, Holmberg, Hope, Horrocks, Hotopf, Howard, Howard, Hubbard, Hughes, Hughes, Hughes, Hunskaar, Hussein, Iliffe, Iliffe, Iliffe, Iliffe, Iliffe, Iliffe, Iliffe, Iliffe, Iliffe, Inouye, Isaacs, Jha, Jirovec, Johns, Kales, Katchachurian, Kaufer, Kaulio, Kellehear, Kellehear, Kitwood, Knapp, Koch, Koch, Laing, Landi, Landi, Landi, Lewis, Lindsay, Livingston, Lloyd-Williams, Loney, Lorenz, Lowery, Lunney, Luppa, Maguire, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Manthorpe, Martin, Mather, Mathie, Mayeux, McCarney, McCarney, McWalter, Meaney, Milsom, Mitchell, Moher, Mohide, Molloy, Morgan, Moseley, Mostwyn, Mularski, Mullen, Murray, Murray, Myron, Nakanishi, Nandy, Netten, Newberry, Nicholson, Norton, Norton, Nurock, Ostaszkiewicz, Ouslander, Ouslander, Parsons, Parsons, Pawson, Payne, Penhale, Peritz, Perry, Perry, Perry, Pettigrew, Phair, Pope, Potter, Pratt, Pratt, Prior, Pronovost, Pucci, Purves, Rabins, Rait, Rait, Ramsay, Reason, Redley, Reed, Rees, Reilly, Reilly, Rendell, Resnick, Richardson, Ritchie, Robert, Roberts, Robinson, Robinson, Robson, Robson, Roe, Rolland, Rondeau, Roos, Roos, Ross, Rowley, Rubinstein, Saldana, Samsi, Samsi, Samsi, Samsi, Samsi, Samsi, Schiff, Schneider, Schoenmaker, Schreiner, Schur, Seale, Sepulveda, Seymour, Seymour, Shah, Shah, Shaw, Shekelle, Silverman, Sloper, Small, Small, Smith, Stanley, Stevens, Stewart, Stoddart, Stokes, Stokes, Stokes, Stoppe, Strauss, Studenski, Sullivan, Tashakkori, Taylor, Teri, Teri, Teunissen, Thomas, Thuné-Boyle, Townsley, Turner, Turner, Ukoumunne, van der Steen, Van der Ven, Vellas, Venables, Vernooij-Dassen, Vickrey, Volicer, Vollmar, Wagg, Wagg, Waldorff, Warner, Wenger, Wenger, White, Wilcock, Wilcock, Wilkinson, Willan, Williams, Williams, Wilson, Wimo, Wyatt, Xie, Yap, Zarit, Zarit, Zellner +422 morecore +1 more sourceUnraveling LINE‐1 retrotransposition in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma
Molecular Oncology, EarlyView. The novel RetroTest method allows the detection of L1 activation in clinical samples with low DNA input, providing global L1 activity and the identification of the L1 source element. We applied RetroTest to a real‐world cohort of HNSCC patients where we reported an early L1 activation, with more than 60% of T1 patients showing L1 activity.Jenifer Brea‐Iglesias, Ana Oitabén, Sonia Zumalave, Bernardo Rodriguez‐Martin, María Gallardo‐Gómez, Martín Santamarina, Ana Pequeño‐Valtierra, Laura Juaneda‐Magdalena, Ramón García‐Escudero, José Luis López‐Cedrún, Máximo Fraga, José M.
