Establishment of a humanized patient‐derived xenograft mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer for preclinical evaluation of combination immunotherapy

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
We have established a humanized orthotopic patient‐derived xenograft (Hu‐oPDX) mouse model of high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSOC) that recapitulates human tumor–immune interactions. Using combined anti‐PD‐L1/anti‐CD73 immunotherapy, we demonstrate the model's improved biological relevance and enhanced translational value for preclinical ...

An Integrated Multi-Objective Model for Project Portfolio Selection and Risk Response Actions Planning [PDF]

open access: yesچشم‌انداز مدیریت صنعتی, 2019
Project portfolio selection and risk response selection are two issues that have been considered disjointedly by the researchers. In this study, an integrated mathematical model is presented for the above-mentioned problems.

Expanded models of the project portfolio selection problem with learning effect

open access: yesCAAI Transactions on Intelligence Technology, 2019
This research develops two new models for project portfolio selection, in which the candidate projects are composed of multiple repetitive units. To reflect some real situations, the learning effect is considered in the project portfolio selection ...

s‐Orbital Mediated Metavalent Bonding Enables State‐Of‐The‐Art n‐Type AgBiSe2 Thermoelectrics

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Metavalent bonding (MVB) underpins the exceptional property portfolio of chalcogenides. Typical MVB solids are mainly found in p‐bonded systems. This work reveals that MVB can also be formed with s‐p orbital interactions upon forming a single‐electron σ‐bond, as exemplified in AgBiSe2.

A state-of-art survey on project selection using MCDM techniques [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Project Management, 2017
Project selection is considered as the first essential part of project portfolio management. Project selection is also considered as a process to evaluate each project idea and chooses the one with the biggest priority.

A systematic method of project selection based on risk and return criteria and according to the mean-semi-deviation behavioral hypothesis [PDF]

open access: yes, 2007
The uncertain problem of Industrial project selection is the topic of discussion in this article. As the unrealistic assumption of certainty is relaxed in this problem, the decision maker is faced with a two-criterion decision model in which justifying ...

Stepwise On‐Surface Synthesis and Transformations of Two‐Dimensional Covalent Organic Frameworks by Controlled Thermal Stimuli

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The seminal transformation of a 2D‐COF (SURFCOF‐IMDEA1) into a 2D porous COF (SURFCOF‐IMDEA2) on Au(111) by a sequential C‐C coupling and ladderization triggered by thermal annealing steps at increasing temperatures is reported. Abstract The development of covalent organic frameworks (COFs) is currently a primary objective in materials science, taking ...

A Grey Theory Based Multiple Attribute Approach for R&D Project Portfolio Selection

open access: yesFuzzy Information and Engineering, 2015
In this paper, the research and development (R&D) project portfolio selection problem is introduced as a multiple attribute decision making problem. Recognizing and modeling the project interdependencies provide valuable cost savings and other greater ...
