Overview of molecular signatures of senescence and associated resources: pros and cons

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Cells can enter a stress response state termed cellular senescence that is involved in various diseases and aging. Detecting these cells is challenging due to the lack of universal biomarkers. This review presents the current state of senescence identification, from biomarkers to molecular signatures, compares tools and approaches, and highlights ...

ATP13A2 is involved in intracellular polyamine transport in lung epithelial cells

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Spermidine transport in lung epithelial cells involves the polyamine transporter ATP13A2. Cell proliferation is associated with the upregulation of ATP13A2. Polyamines are present in all living cells and are implicated in various crucial cellular processes such as proliferation, apoptosis and autophagy.

Incorporation of Fuzzy Sets and Earned Value Management into a Cost-Time Trade-off Model

open access: yesمدیریت تولید و عملیات, 2014
Time-cost trade-off (TCT) problem is a well-known subject in the project scheduling contexts. None of previous studies in this area of research emphasize on the incorporation of the TCT problem into the started project’s performance in order to present a

Scheduling projects with linear time-dependent cash flows to maximize the net present value. [PDF]

open access: yes
In this paper we study the unconstrained project scheduling problem with discounted cash flows where the net cash flows are assumed to be linear dependent on the completion times of the corresponding activities.

TMC4 localizes to multiple taste cell types in the mouse taste papillae

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Transmembrane channel‐like 4 (TMC4), a voltage‐dependent chloride channel, plays a critical role in amiloride‐insensitive salty taste transduction. TMC4 is broadly expressed in all mature taste cell types, suggesting a possible involvement of multiple cell types in this pathway.

Models for robust resource allocation in project scheduling. [PDF]

open access: yes
The vast majority of resource-constrained project scheduling efforts assumes complete information about the scheduling problem to be solved and a static deterministic environment within which the pre-computed baseline schedule will be executed.

Project scheduling problem with resource constraints and activities interruption using Bees algorithm

open access: yesInternational Journal of Industrial Engineering and Production Research, 2018
Project scheduling problem with resources constraint is a well-known problem in the field of project management. The applicable nature of this problem has caused the researchers’ tendency to it. In this study, project scheduling with resource constraints
