Information systems project management success
The purpose of this paper is to give new insights into the success of information systems (IS) project management. Even though many studies found in the literature show results of software development projects, few studies address the success of IS ...

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

This chapter looks at the academic background to this question, dividing the idea of success into strategic and tactical success. It looks at the various paradoxes that accompany major public projects as criteria for success are developed. The combination of disparate measures calculated in terms of finance raises a number of issues, such as the ...

Diversity and complexity in neural organoids
Neural organoid research aims to expand genetic diversity on one side and increase tissue complexity on the other. Chimeroids integrate multiple donor genomes within single organoids. Self‐organising multi‐identity organoids, exogenous cell seeding, or enforced assembly of region‐specific organoids contribute to tissue complexity.

Epigenetic reprogramming of lineage switching in cancer
Cancer cells rarely commit to a single identity. Epigenetic mechanisms and tumor microenvironment cues push epithelial cells toward flexible, hybrid states that can shift into mesenchymal, neuroendocrine, or stem‐like fates, driving metastasis, drug resistance, and tumor heterogeneity. Targeting the epigenetic regulators behind these transitions, using

Successive Projection Graph Matching [PDF]
The Successive Projection Graph Matching (SPGM) algorithm, capable of performing full- and sub-graph matching, is presented in this paper. Projections Onto Convex Sets (POCS) methods have been successfully applied to signal processing applications, image enhancement, neural networks and optics. The SPGM algorithm is unique in the way a constrained cost
