Projective maps of rank ≥2 are strongly projective [PDF]
We investigate the structure of projective maps between manifolds with linear connections, showing in particular that a projective map on a connected manifold that attains a rank ≥2 at some point is strongly ...

Connections on trivial vector bundles over projective schemes
Over a smooth and proper complex scheme, the differential Galois group of an integrable connection may be obtained as the closure of the transcendental monodromy representation.

Anti-Selfdual Connections on the Quantum Projective Plane: Monopoles [PDF]
We present several results on the geometry of the quantum projective plane. They include: explicit generators for the K-theory and the K-homology; a real calculus with a Hodge star operator; anti-selfdual connections on line bundles with explicit ...

In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Tensor Decompositions and Their Properties
In the present paper, we study two different approaches of tensor decomposition. The first part aims to study some properties of tensors that result from the fact that some components are vanishing in certain coordinates.

Structural insights into an engineered feruloyl esterase with improved MHET degrading properties
A feruloyl esterase was engineered to mimic key features of MHETase, enhancing the degradation of PET oligomers. Structural and computational analysis reveal how a point mutation stabilizes the active site and reshapes the binding cleft, expading substrate scope.

Studies of the characteristics of hetero- and homosexual couples relationships are fragmentary. Modern Ukrainian society remains insufficiently aware of this issue, which leads to the stigmatization of a person because of his sexual orientation.

Gut microbiome and aging—A dynamic interplay of microbes, metabolites, and the immune system
Age‐dependent shifts in microbial communities engender shifts in microbial metabolite profiles. These in turn drive shifts in barrier surface permeability of the gut and brain and induce immune activation. When paired with preexisting age‐related chronic inflammation this increases the risk of neuroinflammation and neurodegenerative diseases.

Projective connections in CR geometry [PDF]
Holomorphic invariants of an analytic real hypersurface in ℂ n+1 can be computed by several methods, coefficients of the Moser normal form [4], pseudo-con-formal curvature and its covariant derivatives [4], and projective curvature and its covariant ...
