On M-Projective Curvature Tensor of Lorentzian α-Sasakian Manifolds

open access: yes, 2017
In this paper, we study the nature of Lorentzian  -Sasakian manifolds admitting M -projective curvature tensor. We show that M -projectively flat and irrotational M -projective curvature tensor of Lorentzian  -Sasakian manifolds are locally isometric ...

A Note On The Quasi-Conformal And M-Projective Curvature Tensor Of A Semi-Symmetric Recurrent Metric Connection On A Riemannian Manifold

open access: yesSüleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Fen-Edebiyat Fakültesi Fen Dergisi, 2013
: In the present note we have considered Mn to be a Riemannian manifold admitting a semi-symmetric recurrent metric connection. The aim of the present paper is to obtain the conditions under which the quasi-conformal curvature tensor and M-projective ...

On a Class of P-Kenmotsu Manifolds Admitting Weyl-projective Curvature Tensor of Type (1, 3)

open access: yesTurkish Journal of Analysis and Number Theory, 2019
We study a class of para-Kenmotsu manifolds admitting Weyl-projective curvature tensor of type (1, 3). At the end, it is shown that an n-dimensional (n > 2) P-Kenmotsu manifold is Ricci semisymmetric if and only if it is an Einstein manifold.

Relativistic segnificance of curvature tensors [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Mathematics and Mathematical Sciences, 1982
In thi paper new curvature tensors have been defined on the lines of Weyl's projective curvature tensor and it has been shown that the “distribution” (order in which the vectors in question are arranged before being acted upon by the tensor in question ...

A Study of Generalized Projective P−Curvature Tensor on Warped Product Manifolds

open access: yesJournal of Mathematics, 2021
The main aim of this study is to investigate the effects of the P−curvature flatness, P−divergence-free characteristic, and P−symmetry of a warped product manifold on its base and fiber (factor) manifolds.

GENERALIZATION OF WELY'S PROJECTIVE CURVATURE TENSOR IN FINSLER SPACES: A STUDY ON GENERALIZED W-RECURRENT, BIRECURRENT, AND RICCI TENSORS

open access: yesElectronic Journal of University of Aden for Basic and Applied Sciences
In this study, we explore the generalization of Wely’s projective curvature tensor \(W_{jkh}^i\) satisfying a specific recurrence relation (3.1), which defines a generalized W-recurrent space, denoted as G2nd W|h - BRFn .

On a Type of Projective Semi- Symmetric Connection

open access: yesInternational Journal of Analysis and Applications, 2015
In the present paper, we have studied some properties of curvature tensors of special projective semi-symmetric connection. We have shown that curvature tensor of such a connection satisfies Bianchi's identities.

On Almost C(α)-Manifold Satisfying Certain Curvature Conditions

open access: yesCumhuriyet Science Journal
This research article is about the geometry of the almost C(α)- manifold. Some important properties of the almost C(α)- manifold with respect to the W_3- curvature tensor, such as W_3-flat and W_3- semi-symmetry, are investigated.

Impact of projective curvature tensor in f(R,G), f(R,T) and f(R,Lm)-Gravity [PDF]

open access: yesInternational Journal of Geometric Methods in Modern Physics (IJGMMP), 2023
This article concerns with the characterization of a spacetime and modified gravity, such as $f\left(R,G\right)$, $f\left(R,T\right)$ and $f\left(R,L_{m}\right)$-gravity equipped with the projective curvature tensor. We establish that a projectively flat

Conditions on the projective curvature tensor of hypersurfaces in euclidian space [PDF]

open access: yesAnnales de la Faculté des sciences de Toulouse : Mathématiques, 1985
Hypersurfaces of Euclidean space satisfying certain conditions on the projective curvature tensor are studied and local characterizations of certain types of immersions are obtained. A characterization is given of certain hypersurfaces of revolution that are, in the 3-dimensional case, generalizations of the catenoid.
