Exploration of heterogeneity and recurrence signatures in hepatocellular carcinoma
This study leveraged public datasets and integrative bioinformatic analysis to dissect malignant cell heterogeneity between relapsed and primary HCC, focusing on intercellular communication, differentiation status, metabolic activity, and transcriptomic profiles.

This article advocates integrating temporal dynamics into cancer research. Rather than relying on static snapshots, researchers should increasingly consider adopting dynamic methods—such as live imaging, temporal omics, and liquid biopsies—to track how tumors evolve over time.

Isomorphism of Multiprojective Bundles and Projective Towers [PDF]
We study when two projective bundles over two arbitrary smooth projective varieties of different dimensions can be isomorphic. We show that two multi-projective bundles (fibre product of projective bundles) over different projective spaces cannot be isomorphic, except in the trivial case.

Ubiquitination of transcription factors in cancer: unveiling therapeutic potential
In cancer, dysregulated ubiquitination of transcription factors contributes to the uncontrolled growth and survival characteristics of tumors. Tumor suppressors are degraded by aberrant ubiquitination, or oncogenic transcription factors gain stability through ubiquitination, thereby promoting tumorigenesis.

Contractive projections and operator spaces [PDF]
Parallel to the study of finite-dimensional Banach spaces, there is a growing interest in the corresponding local theory of operator spaces. We define a family of Hilbertian operator spaces H n k H_n^k , 1 ≤ k ≤ n 1\le k\le n , generalizing the row and column ...

Understanding and measuring mechanical signals in the tumor stroma
This review discusses cancer‐associated fibroblast subtypes and their functions, particularly in relation to extracellular matrix production, as well as the development of 3D models to study tumor stroma mechanics in vitro. Several quantitative techniques to measure tissue mechanical properties are also described, to emphasize the diagnostic and ...

SOME FEATURES OF PAIRWISE α-R0 SPACES IN SUPRA FUZZY BITOPOLOGY [PDF]
This paper introduces and studies four concepts of 𝑅0 supra fuzzy bitopological spaces. We have exhibited that all these four concepts are ‘good extensions’ of the corresponding concepts 𝑅0 bitopological spaces and building relationships among them.

Characterizations of projective spaces and hyperquadrics [PDF]
In this paper we prove that if the r-th tensor power of the tangent bundle of a smooth projective variety X contains the determinant of an ample vector bundle of rank at least r, then X is isomorphic either to a projective space or to a smooth quadric hypersurface.

HDAC4 regulates apoptosis in Acan‐CreERT2;HDAC4d/d mice with osteoarthritis by downregulating ATF4
Using the AcanCreERT2;HDAC4fl/fl genetic mouse model, we further investigated the role of histone deacetylase 4 (HDAC4) in chondrocyte apoptosis. We found that knocking down HDAC4 may be associated with chondrocyte apoptosis by upregulating the activating transcription factor 4 (ATF4)/CAAT/enhancer binding protein homologous (CHOP) signaling pathway ...
