Prediction of obstetric outcome in vaginal breech birth using ultrasound pelvimetry in nulliparous women—A feasibility study

Transperineal ultrasound showed high agreement with magnetic resonance pelvimetry in measuring the anteroposterior mid‐pelvic diameter. This novel, sonographically measured pelvic diameter predicts the risk for intrapartum cesarean section in attempted vaginal breech birth.
