Understanding Pressure‐Induced Photovoltaic Performance of Lead‐Free Ca3BiI3 Perovskite: A DFT and SCAPS‐1D Simulations Study

This research explores the structural, electronic, mechanical, and optical characteristics of lead‐free cubic Ca3BiI3 under hydrostatic pressure up to 15 GPa using first‐principles methods.
