Hyperon semileptonic decays in QCD sum rules
We investigate the hyperon semileptonic decays within the framework of QCD sum rules. The flavor SU(3) symmetry breaking effects are analyzed via the relevant form factors and corresponding branching fractions.

We consider spontaneous quark transitions between the Λ0 baryon and its resonant states, and (anti)quark transitions between the neutral kaon K0 and the two heavy ηq-mesons (q = c, b).

We review the current status of theories and experiments aiming at an understanding and a determination of the properties of light vector and scalar mesons inside strongly interacting hadronic matter, with an emphasis on linking calculated properties of ...

Empirical test for composite hadrons
We describe an empirical test to distinguish hadrons which are composites in the low-threshold channels from those which can be understood only from a more global point of view.

We review and meta-analyze particle data and properties of hadrons with measured rest masses. The results of our study are summarized as follows. (1) The strong-force suppression of the repulsive Coulomb forces between quarks is sufficient to explain the

Fragmentation into b hadrons [PDF]
The fragmentation process of b quarks into b hadrons, produced in Z decays or pp collisions, cannot be fully described perturbatively but relies on phenomenological models.

Gravitational form factors of the baryon octet in holographic QCD
The gravitational form factors (GFFs) of the baryon octet, including hyperons, are investigated in a bottom-up holographic QCD model that explicitly incorporates the SU(3) flavor symmetry breaking through the strange quark mass.

A model independent method for measurement of B ± and B 0 meson production fractions at Υ(4S)
This paper presents a detailed description of a model-independent method for the direct measurement of the Υ(4S) → B + B − and Υ(4S) → B 0 B ¯ 0 $$ {B}^0{\overline{B}}^0 $$ production fractions at B factories.

R-hadrons at ATLAS -discovery prospects and properties [PDF]
R-hadrons are massive, meta-stable particles predicted in several Super- symmetry scenarios. Studies exploring the discovery potential of R-hadrons at the ATLAS detector have mainly focused on gluino R-hadrons.

Gluonic hadrons and charmless B decays
Hybrid charmonium with mass {approximately} 4 GeV could be produced via a c{anti c} color-octet component in b {r_arrow} c{anti c}s. These states could be narrow and could have a significant branching ratio to light hadrons, perhaps enhanced by glueballs.
