On the influence of hadronic decay on the properties of hadrons
In a multichannel treatment of the\(q\bar q\)-system it is shown that the impact of decay on the spectra and wavefunctions of hadrons is substantial. Some consequences for potential models are worked out in detail. We conclude that an “equivalent” confining\(q\bar q\)-potential to be used in an effective single-channel treatment might deviate ...

PROPERTIES OF HEAVY B HADRONS [PDF]
We review recent measurements of heavy B hadron states including masses and lifetimes of the [Formula: see text] meson as well as excited B states [Formula: see text]. We discuss properties of the [Formula: see text] meson such as lifetime, lifetime difference ΔΓs/Γs and CP violation in [Formula: see text] decays. We also summarize new measurements of

Diquarks: properties and their role in hadrons [PDF]
Diquark correlations are important in baryons, which can be modeled as quark-diquark bound states. In addition, diquarks could play a role in non-standard hadrons such as tetraquarks and pentaquarks. Here, we obtain properties of these diquarks from the corresponding bound state equation, using a model for the effective quark-quark interaction that has

Using the analogy of a well-known mathematical formalism, an analytical form of the probability density of a hadron as a quarkonium system has been suggested which corresponds to that obtained from the statistical model. The aforesaid prescription also offers the necessary framework to incorporate different orders of approximations in it.

Electromagnetic properties of charmed hadrons
Il Nuovo Cimento A, 1978The electromagnetic properties of charmed hadrons are discussed in the framework ofSU6 ⊗Uc. Magnetic moments and mass differences between variousI-spin multiplets have been calculated both for baryons and mesons. Our results are consistent with those obtained by other authors with different methods.

On the properties and the production of hadrons
The power-law scaling, the fractal properties as well as the universality of hadrons have been analysed in the framework of the statistical model. The scaling exponent in the production formula of hadrons suggested from the model is found to be in conformity with the recent experimental findings.

Properties of charmed and bottom hadrons in nuclear matter: a plausible study [PDF]
Changes in properties of heavy hadrons with a charm or a bottom quark are studied in nuclear matter. Effective masses (scalar potentials) for the hadrons are calculated using quark-meson coupling model.
