Wild Divergence: Molina's Hog‐Nosed Skunk (Conepatus chinga) and South American Coati's (Nasua nasua) Responses to Landscape Changes in the Highly Neglected Uruguayan Savannah

Hide and Seek: Species Detectability in a Biodiversity Hotspot Increased by Environmental DNA

We demonstrated through Bayesian modeling that eDNA metabarcoding offers equivalent or higher detectability than traditional field inventory techniques for anuran species in a biodiversity hotspot. The number of recorded species was also higher in seven out of ten sampled streams.
