Tumors contain diverse cellular states whose behavior is shaped by context‐dependent gene coordination. By comparing gene–gene relationships across biological contexts, we identify adaptive transcriptional modules that reorganize into distinct vulnerability axes.

Optimal Coordination of Automatic Line Switches for Distribution Systems
For the Taiwan Power Company (Taipower), the margins of coordination times between the lateral circuit breakers (LCB) of underground 4-way automatic line switches and the protection equipment of high voltage customers are often too small. This could lead

A RELAYING COORDINATION FOR DISTRIBUTION NETWORK PROTECTION
Fault identification is a significant task on a distribution line (DL) when a harsh disturbance occurs due to breakdown of insulation on a DL. The termination of fault diagnosis on DL should be done as soon as probable to avoid further economic and communal costs due to interruptions of load.

COMP–PMEPA1 axis promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition in breast cancer cells
This study reveals that cartilage oligomeric matrix protein (COMP) promotes epithelial‐to‐mesenchymal transition (EMT) in breast cancer. We identify PMEPA1 (protein TMEPAI) as a novel COMP‐binding partner that mediates EMT via binding to the TSP domains of COMP, establishing the COMP–PMEPA1 axis as a key EMT driver in breast cancer.

Protection costs, transaction costs, and economic theory [PDF]
Contractual reductionism takes market exchange as the ubiquitous form of economic organization throughout history. Transactions costs are accordingly regarded as the costs of running any economic system in general.

Impact of increased distributed generation on fault levels and the network equipment [PDF]
Attention towards the development of Distributed Generation (DG) is globally high. UK's concentration is to use sustainable and renewable sources to generate electricity thereby protecting the environment from getting polluted. In this paper, Distributed

Loss of the miR‐214/199a cluster is associated with recurrence in ovarian cancer. Engineered small extracellular vesicles (m214‐sEVs) elevate miR‐214‐3p/miR‐199a‐5p in tumor cells, suppress β‐catenin, TLR4, and YKT6 signaling, reprogram tumor‐derived sEV cargo, reduce chemoresistance and migration, and enhance carboplatin efficacy and survival in ...

Mobile satellite services: International co-ordination, co-operation and competition [PDF]
In the context of a discussion of international cooperation, coordination and competition regarding mobile satellite services, it is asserted that: there will be more than one civil mobile satellite service in the 1990's; competition between these ...

Somatic mutational landscape in von Hippel–Lindau familial hemangioblastoma
The causes of central nervous system (CNS) hemangioblastoma in Von Hippel–Lindau (vHL) disease are unclear. We used Whole Exome Sequencing (WES) on familial hemangioblastoma to investigate events that underlie tumor development. Our findings suggest that VHL loss creates a permissive environment for tumor formation, while additional alterations ...
