Protonic conduction in Ba2In2O5
Solid State Ionics, 1995Abstract Protonic conduction in Ba 2 In 2 O 5 was studied by conductivity and EMF measurements as a function of temperature and oxygen activity. Evidence for protonic conduction was found in this material in moist atmospheres, especially at low temperatures.

Proton conductive composite membranes
International Journal of Nanotechnology, 2007In this work we investigated the synthesis of composite organic and inorganic membranes for proton conduction. Particles derived from metal alkoxides (M(OR)n) sol-gel processes (Ti, Zr, W with phosphoric acid) were embedded in polymeric matrices of poly-vinyl alcohol, (3-glycidoxypropyl)-trimethoxysilane and ethylene glycol.

Protonic conductivity in hydrates
Solid State Ionics, 1988The protonic conductivity of three acid hydrates, HUO2PO4·4H2O, Ce(HPO4)2·nH2O,V2O5·nH2O has been studied as a function of the partial pressure of water. The evolution of their conductivity is related to experimental water adsorption isotherms and to the theoretical Brunauer adsorption isotherms.

Proton-conducting gel electrolyte
Solid State Ionics, 2002Abstract Proton conduction in solid state xerogels and polymeric gels are reported. Xerogels, doped with known proton conductors, were prepared by “sol–gel” method starting either from inorganic precursor sodium metasilicate (termed as hydrogel) or organic precursor tetraethyl orthosilicate (termed as silica or SiO 2 alcogel). The dopants chosen for

Protonic conduction in BaIn0.5Sn0.5O2.75
Solid State Ionics, 1998Abstract The synthesis and characterization by XRD and TEM of the compound BaIn 0.5 Sn 0.5 O 2.75 (BISO) is described. The water uptake was measured quantitatively as a function of temperature and water vapor pressure. For the standard enthalpy and entropy of solution the following values were obtained Δ H o =(−0.76±0.08) eV, Δ S o =(−1.22±0.13 ...
