Insect Conservation and Diversity, Volume 17, Issue 1, Page 16-30, January 2024.We study the diversity patterns of leaf‐litter arthropods in southern Appalachian sky island relict spruce–fir forests, using a voucher‐based megabarcoding approach. We found high species richness, with communities including 86–199 arthropod species (not including mites or myriapods).
