Autonomous AI‐Driven Design for Skin Product Formulations
This review presents a comprehensive closed‐loop framework for autonomous skin product formulation design. By integrating artificial intelligence‐driven experiment selection with automated multi‐tiered assays, the approach shifts development from trial‐and‐error to intelligent optimisation.

Autonomous X‐Ray Fluorescence Mapping for Nanoscale Chemical Speciation of Fine Particulate Matter
We present X‐AutoMap, an autonomous X‐ray fluorescence mapping framework that integrates real‐time analysis with rule‐based computer vision to selectively target chemically relevant regions. By avoiding background‐dominated areas, the method reduces acquisition time by fourfold while enabling accurate particle‐level speciation.

Database Queries that Explain their Work
Provenance for database queries or scientific workflows is often motivated as providing explanation, increasing understanding of the underlying data sources and processes used to compute the query, and reproducibility, the capability to recompute the ...

OntoLogX is an autonomous AI agent that uses large language models to transform unstructured cyber security logs into ontology grounded knowledge graphs. By integrating retrieval augmented generation, iterative correction, and a light‐weight log ontology, OntoLogX produces semantically consistent intelligence that links raw log events to MITRE ATT & CK

An Architecture for Provenance Systems
This document covers the logical and process architectures of provenance systems. The logical architecture identifies key roles and their interactions, whereas the process architecture discusses distribution and security.

Recording and using provenance in a protein compressibility experiment
Very large scale computations are now becoming routinely used as a methodology to undertake scientific research. In this context, ‘provenance systems’ are regarded as the equivalent of the scientist’s logbook for in silico experimentation: provenance ...

A process provenance service system for scientific data analysis and sharing
Scientific research has moved from an isolated environment into a collaborated culture due to data explosion and the experiment complexity. There are strong demands to track and share the data sources and the analysis processes that generate particular ...
