In this anatomic study of anconeus utilizing dissection, digitization and 3D modeling, anconeus was found to have three distinct parts: proximal, distal, and deep. Each part had unique morphology, architecture and innervation, indicating different roles in forearm pronation, elbow extension, and joint stabilization.

Black‐tailed prairie dogs are highly social ground squirrels that excavate communal burrow systems, most often in medium‐textured soils. Their forelimbs demonstrate morphofunctional trade‐offs for scratch‐digging and terrestrial ecology, including well‐developed and fast‐contracting proximal musculature with large mechanical advantage paired with ...

A novel mortise‐tenon diaphyseal prosthesis enables ultra‐short osteotomy for forearm bone metastases, providing stable fixation with significant pain relief and functional recovery. This approach preserves bone stock and demonstrates excellent safety, with no implant failure, local recurrence, or major complications during mid‐ to long‐term follow‐up.

Normal Range and Influencing Factors of Distal Radioulnar Joint Translation: A Descriptive Study
For optimal clinical utility, the distal radioulnar joint ballottement test should be performed in forearm supination with bilateral comparison, as translation in this position provides reference values and is significantly influenced by grip strength, forearm length, weight, and age.
