[Identification of plantaginis semen based on ITS2 and psbA-trnH sequences].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2014In order to evaluate the efficiency of ITS2 and psbA-trnH sequences used as DNA barcodes to distinguish Plantaginis Semen from its adulterants, we collected 71 samples of Plantaginis Semen and its adulterants. The ITS2 and psbA-trnH sequences were aligned through Clustal W, and the genetic distances were calculated by kimura 2-parameter (K2P) model and

Identification of Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis Rhizoma based on psbA-trnH barcode
China Journal of Chinese Materia Medica, 2016To identify origin of the medicinal materials Dryopteridis Crassirhizomatis Rhizoma by using the psbA-trnH sequence, the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) amplification and product sequencing of the experimental samples were performed. In order to expand the scope of the study, the psbA-trnH sequences of 8 genera and 3 species were downloaded from ...

Four out of twenty-two species of the genus Goniolimon are common in Ukraine: G. besserianum, G. graminifoli-um, G. rubellum and G. tataricum. Two of them, G. graminifolium and G. rubellum, are listed as vulnerable species in the Red Data Book of Ukraine. Some populations of both species are sometimes reported under different species names, manly as G.

[Identification of pyrrosiae folium and its adulterants based on psbA-trnH sequence].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2014In this study, the psbA-trnH sequence as DNA barcode was used to evaluate the accuracy and stability for identification pteridophyte medicinal material Pyrrosiae Foliumas from adulterants. Genomic DNA from 106 samples were extracted successfully. The Kimura 2-Parameter (K2P) distances and ML tree were calculated using software MEGA 6.0.

Identification of medicinal plants within the Apocynaceae family using ITS2 and psbA-trnH barcodes
Chinese Journal of Natural Medicines, 2020To ensure the safety of medications, it is vital to accurately authenticate species of the Apocynaceae family, which is rich in poisonous medicinal plants. We identified Apocynaceae species by using nuclear internal transcribed spacer 2 (ITS2) and psbA-trnH based on experimental data.

[DNA bacording of Verbenaceae medicinal plant by using ITS2 and psbA-trnH region].
Zhongguo Zhong yao za zhi = Zhongguo zhongyao zazhi = China journal of Chinese materia medica, 2012To evaluate the ability of several hotspot candidate sequence of DNA barcodes for identifying medicinal plant species in Verbenaceae.Using universal primers, three chloroplast sequences, psbA-trnH, rbcL, matK, two nuclear ribosomal DNA ITS2 and ITS were amplified and sequenced.

A 1887-nucleotide chloroplast-DNA region from Arabidopsis thaliana was analyzed. It contains the conserved genes psbA for the precursor of the D1 reaction-centre protein of photosystem II, trnH for tRNAHis, and rps19' for the 6.8-kDa protein of the small ribosomal subunit. Northern hybridization and RNase protection experiments suggest co-transcription

[Analysis and authentication of cpDNA psbA-trnH regions of Dendrobium species of fengdous].
Yao xue xue bao = Acta pharmaceutica Sinica, 2012The psbA-trnH regions of Dendrobium species of Fengdous were sequenced by our research group. The psbA-trnH sequences of fifteen Dendrobium species were analyzed with software MEGA 4.0. The results showed that the lengths of sequences varied from 721 to 767 bp. The variable sites were 42 while the informative sites were 11.
