Traceable Efficiency Determination of Large‐Area Perovskite on Silicon Tandem Modules—Insights From a Calibration Laboratories Perspective

open access: yesProgress in Photovoltaics: Research and Applications, EarlyView.
A traceable efficiency determination and detailed characterization of a large‐area perovskite on silicon tandem module, which achieved a power conversion efficiency of 25%, was carried out using an LED‐based solar simulator. ABSTRACT As the perovskite on silicon solar cell technology strives towards commercialization, the need to produce large‐area ...

Ultrafast Exciton and Charge Carrier Dynamics in Monolayer MoS2 Measured with Time‐Resolved Spectroscopic Ellipsometry

open access: yesphysica status solidi (b), EarlyView.
Monolayer MoS2$\left(\text{MoS}\right)_{2}$ is measured with time‐resolved spectroscopic ellipsometry to measure the transient dielectric function. The transient dielectric function is then compared with the band structure of MoS2$\left(\text{MoS}\right)_{2}$ to draw conclusions regarding the exciton and charge carrier dynamics.
