Pseudeurybata browni new species Figs. 8–16 Description. 16–18mm. Head with epicephalon shining but otherwise pollinose. Frontal vitta broad, barely distinguishable from narrow orbital strips anterior to ocelli, part posterior to ocelli about half as wide, margin slightly concave, posteriormost part slightly expanded.

The previously monotypic genus Pseudeurybata Hennig is revised to include seven species from Central America and Mexico and one species from South America. Pseudeurybata rufilabris (Enderlein) and Pseudeurybata compeditus (Hennig) are given as new combinations and a lectotype is designated for P. rufilabris (Enderlein).
