Exact solutions of the D-dimensional Schrödinger equation for a ring-shaped pseudoharmonic potential

open access: yesOpen Physics, 2008
Abstract A new non-central potential, consisting of a pseudoharmonic potential plus another recently proposed ring-shaped potential, is solved. It has the form $$ V(r,\theta ) = \tfrac{1} {8}\kappa r_e^2 \left( {\tfrac{r} {{r_e }} - \tfrac{{r_e }} {r}} \right)^2 + \tfrac{{\beta cos^2 \theta }} {{r^2 sin^2 \theta }} $$.

Superstatistics of Schrödinger equation with pseudo-harmonic potential in external magnetic and Aharanov-Bohm fields [PDF]

open access: yesHeliyon, 2020
In this work, the thermodynamic properties of pseudo-harmonic potential in the presence of external magnetic and Aharanov-Bohm fields are investigated. The effective Boltzmann factor in the superstatistics formalism was used to obtain the thermodynamic ...

Exact solution of Schrödinger equation for Pseudoharmonic potential [PDF]

open access: yesJournal of Mathematical Chemistry, 2007
Exact solution of Schrodinger equation for the pseudoharmonic potential is obtained for an arbitrary angular momentum. The energy eigenvalues and corresponding eigenfunctions are calculated by Nikiforov-Uvarov method. Wavefunctions are expressed in terms of Jacobi polynomials. The energy eigenvalues are calculated numerically for some values of l and n

Conformable Schrodinger Equation with Pseudoharmonic Potential and Its Thermodynamic Properties

open access: yesEast European Journal of Physics
In this work, the Nikiforov-Uvarov (NU) method is used to obtain the exact solution of the conformable radial Schrödinger equation (SE) for the pseudoharmonic potential.

Exact Analytical Solution of the N-Dimensional Radial Schrödinger Equation with Pseudoharmonic Potential via Laplace Transform Approach [PDF]

open access: yesAdvances in High Energy Physics, 2015
The second-order N-dimensional Schrödinger equation with pseudoharmonic potential is reduced to a first-order differential equation by using the Laplace transform approach and exact bound state solutions are obtained using convolution theorem.

Ʌ-Hypernuclear States as Dihadronic Molecules

open access: yesAtom Indonesia, 2023
The study of exotic hypernuclei attracts a great deal of interest in nuclear physics. The reality of heavy hyperon hypernuclei is the subject of intense concern among theoreticians and experimenters in recent years. The core-hyperon model uses to explain
