Observation of a pseudoscalar excess at the top quark pair production threshold

Reports on progress in physics. Physical Society
A search for resonances in top quark pair ( tt―) production in final states with two charged leptons and multiple jets is presented, based on proton–proton collision data collected by the CMS experiment at the CERN LHC at s=13TeV, corresponding to 138 fb−

A model for pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar scattering and production

Nuclear Physics B - Proceedings Supplements, 1991
Abstract We present results from a coupled-channel quark model analysis of light-quark S-wave pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar scattering and production processes. Annihilation mixing to s-channe qq scalar resonances and quark exchange interactions are found to be important contributions to the dynamics of these processes. Contributions from the exchange of

Chiral Lagrangian of pseudoscalars and vectors

Physical Review D, 1985
We formulate a parity-invariant chiral Lagrangian which includes nonlinearly transforming vector mesons but no axial-vector mesons. It is gotten by a simple substitution from the Lagrangian involving a linearly transforming vector and axial-vector multiplet.

Pseudoscalar glueball mass: a window on three-gluon interactions

European Physical Journal A, 2019
In pure-glue QCD, gluon–gluon scattering in the $$J^{PC}=0^{-+}$$ J PC = 0 - + channel is described by a very simple equation, especially if one considers just the leading contribution to the scattering kernel.

Exclusive decays of a heavy pseudoscalar

Physical Review D, 1986
Branching ratios for two exclusive decay modes of a hidden-heavy-flavor pseudoscalar meson into other heavy mesons are calculated from quantum chromodynamics in lowest-order perturbation theory. Heavy mesons are treated as nonrelativistic quark-antiquark bound states. All parameters are fixed by hadronic and leptonic widths.

Low energy pseudoscalar-pseudoscalar interactions in the nonrelativistic quark model

AIP Conference Proceedings, 1991
We give a brief introduction to the nonrelativistic quark model and then present results from a coupled‐channel quark model analysis of light‐quark S‐wave pseudoscalar‐pseudoscalar scattering and production processes. Annihilation mixing to s‐channel qq scalar resonances and quark exchange interactions are found to be important.
