The systematics of the pseudoscorpion genus Indohya (Pseudoscorpiones: Hyidae) in Australia

Zootaxa, 2023
The pseudoscorpion genus Indohya Beier, 1974 is known to occur in three Gondwanan fragments around the Indian Ocean—southern India, Madagascar and north-western Australia—suggesting that the genus had evolved prior to the breakup of Gondwana and was present on each landmass as they rifted apart during the Mesozoic.

Venom collection and analysis in the pseudoscorpion Chelifer cancroides (Pseudoscorpiones: Cheliferidae)

Toxicon, 2019
Pseudoscorpions are very small arthropods with almost worldwide distribution. They possess a unique venom delivery system in the chelal hands of their pedipalps that has evolved independently from that of scorpions and spiders. Studies on the venom composition of pseudoscorpions are very rare.

Urban biodiversity of pseudoscorpions (Arachnida: Pseudoscorpiones) in the conditions of Central Europe

Zootaxa
Like other arthropod taxa, pseudoscorpions (Arachnida: Pseudoscorpiones) face challenges in dynamically evolving urban ecosystems. These small predators must find suitable breeding habitats and migrate within fragmented environments. This is compounded by the limitations of their body size and their association with specific ecological conditions.

New Asian pseudoscorpions improve the phylogenetic resolution of Garypinoidea (Pseudoscorpiones)

Invertebrate Systematics
The recent subdivision of the pseudoscorpion family Garypinidae into three subfamilies, Garypininae, Amblyolpiinae and Protogarypininae, used a combination of molecular and morphological criteria. Newly obtained sequence data from several new garypinoid pseudoscorpions has helped clarify the relationships between various clades.

An updated checklist for the pseudoscorpion fauna of Hungary (Arachnida: Pseudoscorpiones)

Zootaxa
An updated checklist of the pseudoscorpion fauna of Hungary is presented. Chthonius cf. alpicola Beier, 1951 is newly reported for the country. Neobisium inaequale Chamberlin, 1930 is regarded as a junior synonym of N. sylvaticum (C.L. Koch, 1835) (syn. nov.).

Seasonal aspects of the life cycles of pseudoscorpions (Arachnida, Pseudoscorpiones)

Entomological Review, 2013
Analysis of available information on the seasonal features of life cycles in pseudoscorpions (Arachnida, Pseudoscorpiones) shows that in the temperate climate of Europe with distinct seasonality, the development of these peculiar arachnids can be either eurychronous (= homodynamic), with a poorly pronounced seasonal arrangement, or stenochronous ...
