RESUMO Cinqüenta e oito olhos de 29 pacientes com pseudotumor cerebral foram submetidos a exame neuroftalmológico incluindo avaliação do campo visual central e periférico com perímetro de Goldmann. Quarenta e dois olhos (72,4%) apresentaram perda visual e em 15 (25,8%) esta foi severa.
